The All-Time Low Temperature in Each U.S. State
We've examined all the weather records in the NOAA database to determine the all-time lowest temperature recorded in each U.S. state.
Note: There are very few weather stations at high elevation, so the actual lowest temperatures might be quite a bit lower in states with high mountains. All records are current as of January 10, 2023.
